Westcape
Allgrange was engaged to deliver this purpose-built NDIS residence in Wollert for an established care provider we have worked with across previous projects.
The home was designed and constructed with accessibility, independence and long-term functionality at the forefront, while maintaining the look and feel of a contemporary residential home.
The project incorporates accessible circulation throughout, step-free internal and external areas, purpose-designed bathrooms, grab rails and support provisions, accessible kitchen and laundry facilities, wide doorways and carefully considered outdoor spaces. The external areas were also designed for ease of movement, with accessible pathways, ramps, handrails and low-maintenance landscaping.
A key focus of the build was ensuring that the specialist requirements of the residents and care provider were integrated into the home without creating an institutional environment. The result is a practical, comfortable and welcoming residence designed to support everyday living while meeting the specific accessibility requirements of its occupants.
Having previously completed projects for this care provider, we were pleased to continue the relationship and deliver another specialist home tailored to their operational requirements and the needs of the people they support.
